When you have used your entire daily quota you can still access sites within the university; however, you must either wait 'till the next day to do further downloads from outside of the university or else approach ss@cse.unsw.edu.au to have your daily quota reset. Note that this will only be done in exceptional circumstances.

When you have exceeded your session quota you can still access sites within the university; however, to access sites outside of the university you must do one of the following:

• If you are a member of staff contact SS and let them know how much extra ipquota you require.

• If you are a post-graduate research student, ask your supervisor to contact SS with the required amount.

• If you are a post-graduate coursework or undergraduate student, you must purchase extra ipquota from the Help Desk. Please see the IP Quota Purchase page for information on how to do this.
